The DUTEXDOR Group brings together six complementary areas of expertise to design, develop, manufacture, and distribute textile collections tailored to the needs of the mass market.

From design to logistics, every step is carefully managed to support our private-label and licensed brands in their respective markets: discount stores, hypermarkets, sports retail chains, and e-commerce.

CREATION

A built-in desk

The DUTEXDOR Group has an in-house design studio dedicated to textile design and collection development. Each season, our teams create products tailored to current trends, consumer preferences, and the commercial requirements of retail chains.

From receiving the brief to approving the samples, we oversee the key stages of product development: seeking inspiration, selecting materials, colors, shapes, finishes, and design details.

Our approach is based on a simple belief: an affordable product should never be a generic one. Each collection is designed to reflect the brand’s identity, meet market expectations, and offer the best balance of style, quality, and price.

In the demanding world of fashion, it's not enough just to anticipate trends; you also have to know how to shape them, always staying one step ahead. This means understanding consumers' aspirations in depth and listening to their expectations. It is this duality, between avant-garde vision and adaptation to real needs, that enables us to create collections that are both innovative and desirable.

Brand Strategy

An integrated brand strategy division

The DUTEXDOR Group supports the development of its own brands and licensed brands with comprehensive expertise in textile brand strategy. Positioning, brand identity, product portfolio, brand image, distribution, and marketing: each brand is developed as a standalone brand.

Our role isn’t simply to slap a logo on a product. We analyze each brand’s identity, history, target audiences, and markets to develop a cohesive, clear, and authentic brand experience.

This requirement is essential in the mass-market sector, where visibility must never come at the expense of brand value. The DUTEXDOR Group develops accessible collections that are always crafted with care, respect, and strategic precision.

The DUTEXDOR Group has successfully captured the essence of DDP and developed a mass-market offering that stays true to our brand identity. Their strength lies in never treating a license as merely a logo, but rather as a brand to be respected, supported, and developed with care.

Sourcing

A long history of sourcing expertise

For over 30 years, textile sourcing has been at the heart of the DUTEXDOR Group. Our teams identify the materials, expertise, and industrial partners capable of meeting the demands of the mass market: quality, price, volume, lead times, and compliance.

Our approach isn't about finding the cheapest option, but the right one. The right product, at the right quality level, with the right partner, for the right market.

This in-depth understanding of the textile industry allows us to create collections that are accessible, reliable, and aligned with the expectations of both retailers and consumers.

At Dutexdor, our strength lies in the privileged and direct contact we maintain with our foreign partners. This close relationship enables us to guarantee an almost direct human follow-up for each of our orders, ensuring optimum quality and responsiveness in our purchasing processes.

A Master's degree in Textile Engineering

The DUTEXDOR Group oversees the textile production of its collections with a consistent commitment: to ensure that every product development is translated into reliable, compliant, and well-controlled manufacturing.

Prototyping, sampling, material validation, technical adjustments, quality control, adherence to specifications, product compliance, and deadline monitoring: every step is closely monitored.

Since 1999, we have relied on BNC Eversuccess, our purchasing office based in China. Serving as our on-the-ground representative in Southeast Asia, its integrated team works daily to ensure production quality, on-time delivery, and effective coordination with our manufacturing partners.

Our local presence allows us to anticipate, monitor, and ensure the quality of every production run, from order placement to delivery.

I met Mr. Jean-Marc TERRIER in 1999 in Shanghai, China. At the time, I was working for an import-export company and he wanted to buy socks in China. So we started working together. It's been a (family) affair for over 20 years, and I'm very proud of the human relationship I've built up with Dutexdor.

DISTRIBUTION

A long-standing partner of major retailers

Since 1991, the DUTEXDOR Group has been a long-standing partner to the textile retail sector in France. Whether it’s discount stores, hypermarkets, sports retailers, or e-commerce, we support major retailers across all mass-market channels.

Our understanding of retailers, consumers, and on-the-ground challenges enables us to create offerings tailored to each retail chain. We develop collections that are easy to understand, high-performing, and aligned with each brand’s business objectives.

This expertise in distribution is built on a relationship of trust developed over time. The DUTEXDOR Group does more than just sell products: we develop product lines, commercial solutions, and brand narratives that are equally at home on store shelves and online.

For over 30 years, Dutexdor's real strength has been the trust our customers have placed in us. Over the years, our exchanges have become above all human, often marked by genuine friendship. It's a source of great pride for us to be able to say that, since 1991, every single order has been successfully completed, without exception.

A conquest of the specialized supermarket sector

With the integration of prestigious licenses into the Group's portfolio, such as Airness in 2017, our distribution network has been able to conquer new markets within specialist sports superstores.
Today, our NPK Sport and Airness brands are listed in around 100 specialist stores throughout France.

There is no doubt that this segment will be a major strategic focus for the Group in the years ahead.

Digital as a growth driver

Digital is now a central element of Dutexdor's strategy.
It supports the group's development along two main axes. The first is to increase awareness of our various brands, such as NPK Sport and Airness, for which we manage digital communication and distribution. The second enables us to constantly optimize our historical BtoB business by providing our sales force with new tools.

Today, we can count on the collaboration of big names in digital distribution such as Zalando, Decathlon, La Redoute and Kiabi.

Our top priority is to precisely define and segment the territories of each of our brands, ensuring a distinct identity and unique value proposition. We are committed to offering more than just products: we create authentic, differentiated brand stories that resonate with our customers. Despite an initial delay in our digital transformation, our strategies are beginning to bear fruit, and customer engagement is rising sharply.

LOGISTICS

A permanent inventory
a rare level of responsiveness

In a textile market that often relies on pre-orders, the DUTEXDOR Group has a key competitive advantage: a permanent inventory. This capability gives our customers peace of mind and allows us to respond quickly to retailers’ needs.

Our logistics operations cover the entire supply chain, from product receipt to shipment: supply chain management, order fulfillment, EDI, warehousing, and tracking of volumes and product availability.

This logistics model offers retailers greater flexibility, responsiveness, and reliability. Because in the mass market, success depends not only on having the right product at the right price, but also on the ability to deliver it at the right time.
